RETURNS - In-Store Purchases
· WE GUARANTEE OUR DVDs, CDs & GAMES TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
- We do not give cash or credit card refunds.
- Exchanges are accepted for defective merchandise ONLY.
- ALL vinyl record, toy, poster, and Funko Pop sales ARE FINAL.
- All exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt and a valid, state-issued ID, within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned to the location where they were originally purchased.
- Defective used merchandise will be exchanged for another copy of the same title or be repaired, if possible. If a replacement is unavailable, we will exchange the title for other merchandise of equal value or issue a Store Credit
RETURNS - Website Purchases
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however defective/damaged merchandise may be exchanged for another copy of the same title within 30 days of purchase. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued at that time.
- Exchanges are accepted for defective merchandise ONLY.
- If there is an issue with a defective item in your order, please email us at cdxweborders@gmail.com as soon as you receive it.
- Payments for all online orders are processed through STRIPE. If a refund is needed, STRIPE may take up to 10 days to process the refund.
- In the event of an exchange, we will send the replacement item(s) once we have received the original item.
- All items being returned for exchange must be in original condition with no signs of use and must be returned in the original vendor packaging. We will not charge additional shipping charges for this kind of an exchange.
- In the event that an order is not delivered due to a mistake on CD Exchange’s behalf, we will refund you completely or resend the item without any additional charges, if the item is still available.
WEBSITE PURCHASES

· You may see a PRE-AUTHORIZATION on your credit card account once you have placed your order. This is not a charge, but a STRIPE pre-authorization of your card. This pre-authorization has a 10-day roll-off period. Once your order is processed and completed, the actual charge will occur.
- If your order has been cancelled either by you or by us (due to limited quantities, etc.) and you have already been charged, a REFUND may take up to 10 days from the time we issue the refund to show up on your account
- When placing your order, an Address Label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account, so you are responsible for entering the correct address. If you enter the incorrect address and do not notify us before the order is shipped, CD Exchange cannot refund your purchase. If we send items that you did not order, we will refund you for the cost of the outgoing postage, once they are returned to us.
- If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package for any reason, CD Exchange will refund you for the cost of the items only once we have received them back, but not any Shipping/Handling charges, if applicable.
- CANCELLATIONS: If the order has not been shipped then a full refund can be given. If the order has already shipped then CD Exchange can issue a refund, minus shipping and handling fees, once the order has been returned and received by CD Exchange.

BUYING POLICIES
- You must have a valid, non-expired, government-issued ID to sell us merchandise. Acceptable forms of ID are driver's licenses, government-issued ID cards, military IDs, and passports. NO OTHER FORM OF ID WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to sell us merchandise.
- We reserve the right to issue a check as payment when the total dollar amount purchased exceeds the minimum cash requirements of our stores. We may also issue a gift card that can be redeemed for cash at a later date.
- Customers purchasing merchandise from us may be served while we process the items you are selling. We appreciate your patience.
- We do not buy merchandise that is known to be or represented as stolen.
